Shidong Pan is an about-to-finish Ph.D. student at the Australian National University and CSIRO’s Data61. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees at ANU in 2019 and 2021, respectively. His research broadly spans privacy and Responsible AI, focusing particularly on the multidisciplinary areas of Usable Security & Privacy, Software Engineering, and Human-Computer Interaction. Shidong’s work has led to several influential publications in prestigious venues like USENIX Security. He has established extensive international collaborations with CMU, Northeastern University, and Edinburgh University. Additionally, Shidong was a visiting Ph.D. student at the Centre for Research on Intelligent Software Engineering (RISE) at Singapore Management University.
