After 10 years of experience in corporates, consulting boutiques, startups and non for profit organizations, Mico is currently co-managing the Digital Assets/De.Fi. Competence Center at Banca Sella.
In his past experience as Program Manager of the Fintech District, he managed business transformation programs and open innovation projects with international corporate players and financial insitutions and a +200 community of fintech start-ups and scale-ups.
As a consultant he designed and managed projects and programs in the Impact Investing field and also Acceleration Programs for startups’ investment readiness.
He worked in Italian and international non for profit organizations for several years, managing international cooperation projects. On top of this, he is actively involved as a volunteer in grassroots sports associations in Milan, passionate about travels, music, literature and rugby.
